About Chef Karla
Karla Ruiz was born in Mexico City and raised in the small town of Zamora. She grew up in the kitchen with her Grandmother and Mother preparing meals for the entire family. Everything was handmade using ingredients from their own back yard and so began her appreciation for fresh, local ingredients.
